Terms and Conditions of Use

1Purpose
These terms and conditions (“T&C”) govern access to and use of the service.
By using this service, you agree to these T&C. If you do not accept these T&C, you must stop all use.
2Definitions
- User / You: any person using the service.
- Publisher: the person or entity responsible for the service.
- Services: features offered through the service.
3Access and Account
- Certain features may require the creation of an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and protect the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except for fraudulent use not attributable to your actions.
4Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these T&C.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures;
- disrupt the operation of the service (penetration testing, overloading, automated extraction, etc.);
- use the service for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties;
- introduce malicious software or attempt to access data or accounts without authorization.
5Operation, Compatibility and Updates
- The service may evolve (patches, improvements, security updates). Some updates may be necessary to continue using all or part of the Services.
- Compatibility depends on your configuration, operating system, network configuration and settings. The Publisher does not guarantee identical operation across all configurations.
6Personal Data

7Third-Party Services
The service may rely on services provided by third parties (for example for hosting, synchronization, authentication, notifications, etc.).
- These third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
- The Publisher is not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions attributable to these third parties.
8Intellectual Property
- The service, its content (excluding user content) and its elements (trademarks, logos, interfaces, texts, graphics) are protected by applicable legislation.
- Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the service, within the limits permitted by law.
9Content and Configurations Entered by the User
You may enter information (for example names, labels or settings).
- You remain responsible for the information you enter.
- You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over any content you provide and you agree not to post any unlawful information.
10Availability and Maintenance
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- The Publisher may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or in the event of a risk to the service.
11Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- While we strive to provide a reliable service, the Publisher cannot guarantee that the service will be free of errors or continuously available.
- The Publisher disclaims all liability for indirect damages, except in cases where Moroccan law expressly requires it.
- Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12Suspension and Termination
- In the event of a breach of these T&C, the Publisher may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Services.
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- Account deletion and/or deletion of personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13Modifications to the T&C
The Publisher may modify these T&C, in particular for legal, technical or security reasons. The “last updated” date at the top of the document reflects the current version.
If the modifications are substantial, the Publisher may notify you by any reasonable means.
14Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&C are governed exclusively by Moroccan law, subject to any mandatory provisions under applicable legislation.
In the event of a dispute, you are invited to contact the Publisher in order to seek an amicable resolution before taking any action.
